How to Send a Follow-Up on Signed Closing Documents to Borrower's Solicitor
To send a Follow-Up on Signed Closing Documents to the Borrower's Solicitor using an automated Communication:
- Open the Matter Communications Page
- Click on + New Communication
- Select the Borrower's Solicitor under Recipients
- Under Type you have two options:
- General Follow-Up Select Closing - 03 Follow-Up on Signed Documents for a general follow-up on the missing documents
- Follow-Up with Deficiency List - Select Closing - 03 Follow-Up on Signed Documents (With Deficiency List) for a follow-up containing a dynamically updated list of the missing documents. This list gets smaller as the signed documents are uploaded into the respective Upload Bins.
- Review the content and make any necessary changes to it
- Click on Send communication
