How to Add an Officer

To add an Officer to a Corporation

  1. Add a Principal to the Corporation and under Past and present role(s) in Corporation select Director
  2. Click on the Officer Changes tab
  3. Click on the Add Another Officer Change button to the right of the page
  4. Enter the date of the officer change
  5. Under Nature of Change select Adding Officers
  6. Select the officer that you wish to add
  7. Click on Save

Note: If you can't see the name of the officer that you wish to add, this is likely because you have not added that person as principal with the role Officer under step 1.
