How to Add a Shareholder

To add a Shareholder to a Corporation

1. Add a Principal to the Corporation and under Past and present role(s) in Corporation select Shareholder
2. Click on the Share Transfers tab
3. Enter the information of the Share Transfer including
   1. Date
   2. Transfer Number
   3. Share Class
   4. Number of Shares
   5. Consideration
   6. Transferor
   7. Transferee
4. Click on Save
