Accepting mortgage instructions in Nojumi

Currently, you are not able to receive mortgage instructions in Nojumi, but that's OK

While we work on completing the necessary integrations to allow you to receive your mortgage instructions digitally in the near future, we wish to bring a few points to your attention:

1. The mortgage instructions contain data for only 11 fields that are entered on the draft charge that is ultimately registered on title:
   
   • Principal
   • Calculation period
   • Balance Due Date
   • Interest Rate
   • Payments
   • Interest Adjustment Date
   • Payment Date
   • First Payment Date
   • Last Payment Date
   • Standard Charge Terms
   • Insurance Amount
     
     
2. It takes approximately 1 minute to enter the values for the above fields.
3. When you enter these values in Nojumi, we prepare the draft charge in the format Teraview accepts. You can download the draft charge in Nojumi and upload it into Tereaview. This will create the Charge instrument for you in Teraview under your docket with all of its fields pre-filled. 
4. You can still check the status of your mortgage instructions and interact with the lenders directly through the Assyst Portal and the LLC Portal.
