Access to the email account has expired. What to do?

From time to time, access to your email account will automatically expire for security reasons. This page sets out what you should do if you encounter this.

From time to time you may see an error message stating that Nojumi's access to your email account has expired. This message looks like this:

If this happens, you should take the following steps to reconnect the email:

  1. On the sidebar, click on Settings and click on the Firm Emails tab
  2. Click on the X to the left of the email account that is experiencing the issue to remove it.
  3. On the modal that appears, click on Yes, delete to confirm that you wish to remove the email
  4. Once the email is removed, you should reconnect the email to Nojumi.
  5. Once the email has been reconnected, under Settings->Firm Emails, click on Email Linking and select the reconnected email address for any service that is meant to use it.
