Learn about the different user accounts supported by Nojumi
You can add an unlimited number of users to your Nojumi account. We recommend that you create an account for each member of your firm who is going to be using Nojumi.
You can add, remove or edit the users of your firm by going to Settings->Users
User Types
There are two types of users
- Regular Users - Can work on and make changes to all client matters but do not have access to the firm Settings
- Admin Users - In addition to everything that regular users can do, admin users have access to and can modify the firm Settings
User Positions
You can add Positions for the users you add to your Nojumi account. A user can have one or more positions. You can enter any position that you like for your users. Some examples of positions are
- Lawyer
- Solicitor
- Barrister
- Law Clerk
- Paralegal
- Articling Student
- Law Student
- Assistant
- CEO
- President
To tell whether a user is a lawyer or not, Nojumi looks for the position Lawyer in a user's profile as such you should make sure that users who are lawyers have the position Lawyer among their positions.
Departments
A user can belong to one or more departments. You can create as many departments as you wish. An example of departments are:
- Accounting
- Marketing
- Real Estate
- Litigation
- Corporate
