Learn about the different user accounts supported by Nojumi
Nojumi maintains an independent account for each law firm that uses Nojumi. Every law firm can have one or more users. Users of a law firm are provided with varying levels of access to the firm's practice management data on Nojumi depending on their user types.
You can add as many users as you want to your law firm's Nojumi account. Users are typically the staff members at the law firm, but some choose to also give access to their bookkeepers and accountants. Rather than sharing usernames and passwords, we recommend that you create a separate account for anyone who is going to be accessing your firm. We also strongly recommend that you configure two-factor authentication for your law firm.
You can add, remove, or edit the users of your firm by going to Settings->Users
