      Sub-Entities

      Sub-entities are used to store information about public entities that are commonly used in your matters such as municipalities, utility companies, etc.

      Certain entities such as municipalities and utility companies appear in your matters over and over again. We store the information of these entities as Sub-Entities. You can either use our database of Sub-Entities or add any of your own.

      To add or modify the sub-entities

      1. Click on Settings -> Firm Defaults and select Sub-Entities

      2. To add default sub-entities from our database click on Add Defaults
      3. To add your own custom sub-entities click on Add Sub-Entity
