Signing Document Upload Bins

Signing Document Upload Bins are for documents that are signed as part of a Matter.

When an Upload Bin is defined as a signing Upload Bin, it will have two Upload Bin:

1. Draft Upload Bin
2. Signed Upload Bin

This allows Nojumi to keep track of the final draft documents and the signed version separately and know at any point in time if a document is missing.

An example of a signing document is closing documents in a real estate transaction. When the draft documents are prepared by the firm, they are uploaded into the draft Upload Bins and when they are ultimately signed the signed documents are uploaded into the signed Upload Bins.
