Sharing a Form

Every question on a Form has an Access Tag. Access Tags determine whether the recipient of the Form has access to the question on the basis of the recipient's role in the Matter.

Access Tags can be customized which means that you can determine which questions on the Form should be visible by which Entities in the Matter.

Shared Links

When you share a Form with someone they receive an email from your firm containing a unique link to the Form. Form links expire a week after they are shared with the recipient and won't work if you click on them after.

You can also manually deactivate or delete a link after it is shared with someone to prevent access to the form.
