      Send Mortgage Instructions to the Borrower's Solicitor

      To send the Mortgage Instructions to the Borrower's Solicitor using an automated Communication:

      1. Open the Matter Communications Page
      2. Click on + New Communication
      3. Select the Borrower's Solicitor under Recipients
      4. Under Type select Closing - 01 Mortgage Instructions
      5. Review the content and make any necessary changes to it
      6. Review the attachments and add and/or remove attachments as necessary
      7. Click on Send communication
