Send a Communication in a Matter

How to send an email from within a Matter

  1. Go to any page within the Matter
  2. Click on the Compose button at the bottom right-hand side of the screen

  3. Select the sender and recipients under the Sender and To fields. Note that in order to minimize error, you are only able to send emails to contacts that have been added as Entities of the Matter



  4. Begin typing the content of your email in the compose window or select one of the pre-defined templates and the attachments, if any, and click on Send.

  5. Once the email is sent, you are able to see it on the Communications page of the Matter as well as in the sent folder of your mailbox.
