Entity Roles in Nojumi

Nojumi distinguishes between Entities involved in a matter on the basis of their roles

Role refers to the role that an Entity plays in a Matter. As an example, an Entity in a real estate closing matter may have the role "Purchaser", or "Seller".

An entity can have more than one role in a Matter. An example is when an Entity is both the Testator and the Grantor in a Preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney matter.

An entity can have no role in a Matter. An example is when an Entity has referred a Matter to your firm but the Entity itself does not play a role in the matter.
