Outright Distribution

An Outright Distribution is a residue distribution method where assets are distributed directly to the selected beneficiaries according to the terms set out in the will. Outright Distribution is a terminal node, meaning no further residue distributions can be added beneath it.

1. Add a residue and select "Outright Distribution".

2. Select your beneficiary and their set priority. 

Beneficiary priorities must be ranked in numerical order. If two or more guardians are to act together you should assign the same priority number.

3. Choose how you would like to distribute any gift over.

4. Click "Save and Close".
