ID Verification: Client Instructions

This page contains the steps that clients should take to complete ID Verification

1. The law firm will send you an email or an SMS containing the ID Verification link. Click on the link.
   
   
2. On the page that opens, click on Continue
   
   
3. Select your country of residence and press Continue
   
   
4. Enter your mobile phone number and click on Send verification code
   
   
5. Enter your first name and last name and click on Continue
   
   
6. Enter the 5 digit code that was sent your mobile phone
   
   
7. Enter your date of birth and click on Continue
   
   
8. Enter your home address and click on Continue
   
9. Select your ID
   
   
10. Click on Capture Photo
    
    
11. Click on Allow
    
12. Point your phone's camera at the front of your ID and press Take Photo
    
13. Click on Continue, point your camera at the back of your ID and click on Take Photo
    
14. Click on Continue and the system will begin to verify the ID
    
15. Once the ID is verified, you are required to complete a selfie check. Press Allow camera access
    
16. Point your phone's camera at your face and take the selfie
    
17. Once your selfie is verified by the system, the ID verification process will become complete
