How to set the Registered Office Address of a Corporation

To set the Registered Office Address of a Corporation

  1. Open the Electronic Minute Book Form
  2. Click on the Governance tab
  3. Click on the Registered Office Address subtab
  4. If a Registered Office Address has not yet been entered for the Corporation, enter the Office Designation Date along with the Registered Office Address. If a Registered Office Address has been added and you wish to change it, click on the Add Another Office Designation button at the top right of the screen and enter the information for the new designation including the Office Designation Date and the Registered Office Address
  5. Click on Save and close the form
