How to Set the Jurisdiction of a Company

There are two ways to set the Jurisdiction of a company:

1. Company Home Page
2. Electronic Minute Book form

Company Home Page

To set the Jurisdiction of a Company from the Company Home Page

1. Go to the Company Home Page
2. Click on Edit company
3. Enter the Jurisdiction in the Jurisdiction field

Electronic Minute Book Form

To set the Jurisdiction of a Company from the Electronic Minute Book Form

1. Open the Electronic Minute Book Form
2. Click on the Corporation tab
3. Select the Jurisdiction from the Jurisdiction dropdown
4. Click on Save
