How to set custom hourly rates for a matter

From time to time, you may wish to set a custom hourly rate for a matter, for example, when you have agreed to a discounted rate for a particular client. 

To set a custom hourly rate for a matter

  1. When viewing the matter, click on Actions and select Update Matter Rate

  2. In the modal that appears set the custom rates for each of the users and click on Save

All time added to the matter will now have the updated hourly rates.
