How to Send the Funds Instructions to the Lender

To send the Funds Instructions to the Lender using an automated Communication:

  1. Open the Matter Communications Page
  2. Click on + New Communication
  3. Select the Client under Recipients
  4. Under Type select Closing - 02 Request for Funds
  5. Review the content and make any necessary changes to it
  6. Review the attachments and add and/or remove attachments as necessary
  7. Click on Send communication
