How to send an invoice reminder

Sending a follow-up on an outstanding balance is quick and automated within Nojumi.

Follow these steps to send a reminder to your client and verify that it was delivered: 

  1. On the sidebar, navigate to the Accounting tab and select Invoices.

  2. Locate and click on the specific invoice you need to follow up on.
  3. Click the Share Invoice button located in each specific invoice.

  4. To confirm that your reminder was sent successfully, navigate back to the main Invoices page. You will now see a small mail icon displayed next to that specific invoice, confirming a reminder has been sent to the client.
