      How to Send a Follow-Up on Fire Insurance to Borrower's Solicitor

      To send a Follow-Up on Fire Insurance to the Borrower's Solicitor using an automated Communication:

       

      1. Open the Matter Communications Page
      2. Click on + New Communication
      3. Select the Borrower's Solicitor under Recipients
      4. Under Type select Closing - 03 Follow-Up on Fire Insurance
      5. Review the content and make any necessary changes to it
      6. Click on Send communication
