How to remove the empty spaces in the generated Shareholder Agreement

If your Shareholder Agreement contains empty spaces after downloading it in MS Word, you can remove them by taking the following steps:

Download the generated Shareholder Agreement
Open the document in MS Word
On your keyboard hold Ctrl and press A to select all the text on the document
Right-click and select Paragraph
On the Line and Page Breaks tab uncheck all options under Pagination and Formatting exceptions
