How to Remove a Director

To remove a Director of a Corporation

1. Click on the Director Changes tab
2. Click on the Add Another Director Change button to the right of the page
3. Enter the date of the director change
4. Under Nature of Change select Removing Directors
5. Select the director that you wish to remove
6. Click on Save

Note: If you can't see the name of the director that you wish to remove, this is likely because the person is not a director as at the date of the removal. See How to Add a Director.
