How to record an outgoing email transfer

Nojumi doesn't send the email transfer for you, but it helps you manage email transfer requests, approvals, and the addition of the appropriate accounting entries. 

Request an E-Transfer

  1. Browse the matter transactions page
  2. Click on Add Outgoing Fund and select E-Transfer

  3. In the modal that appears, enter the following information and click on Add E-Transfer Request
    1. Source Bank Account
    2. E-Transfer Amount
    3. Recipient
    4. Description

  4. Once the e-transfer request is added, it will appear as an expected outgoing fund

Approve the E-Transfer

Once an e-transfer has been requested, it should be approved and issued. To issue an e-transfer

  1. Click on the Outgoing Funds tab on the sidebar
  2. Log in to your online banking application and complete the e-transfer.
  3. On the E-Transfer tab, click on the Actions button next to the e-transfer request and select Mark as Complete

  4. A modal will appear asking you to confirm. Click on Yes.

  5. The e-transfer will then be marked as complete and will be moved to the Complete tab.
