How to prepare an Amortization Schedule in a Private Mortgage matter

To prepare an amortization schedule, in the Private Mortgage Lending matter

1. Open the Closing Form
2. On the Loan Terms tab in addition to the Loan Amount, Term, and Interest Rate,
   1. Answer Interest Only Payments with a No
   2. Enter the Amortization Period in years
      
      
3. Browse the Document Generation page of the matter and generate the Amortization Schedule
