Nojumi doesn't send helps you manage your wire payments to ensure accuracy and avoid mistakes
Nojumi doesn't send the wire for you but it helps you manage wire requests, approvals and addition of the appropriate accounting entries.
Request a Wire
- Browse the matter transactions page
- Click on Add Outgoing Fund and select Request Wire
- In the modal that appears, enter the following information and click on Add Wire Request
- Source Bank Account
- Wire Amount
- Recipient
- Description
- Once the wire request is added, it will appear as an expected outgoing fund
Approve the Wire
Once a wire has been requested, it should be approved and issued. To issue a wire
- Click on the Outgoing Funds tab on the sidebar
- Log in to your wire application (such as the commercial banking portal of your banking institution) and complete the wire.
- On the Wires tab, click on the Actions button next to the wire request and select Mark as Complete
- A modal will appear asking you to confirm. Click on Yes.
- The wire will then be marked as complete and will be moved to the Complete tab.
