How to e-sign a document

  1. Browse the matter documents page
  2. Generate the documents of interest
  3. Click on E-Sign

  1. Browse the document in the Document Browser
  2. Select the documents of interest
  3. Click on E-Sign

E-Sign Documents from the Upload Bins page

  1. Browse the Upload Bins page
  2. Select the documents of interest
  3. Click on E-Sign

How to E-Sign Documents in Nojumi

  1. Once you click on E-Sign through either of the methods above

  2. Review and arrange the order of the documents that are being e-signed. Remove any document that is not supposed to be part of the e-signing package. 

  3. If you wish to add any documents to the e-signing package click on Add documents.

  4. On the page that appears, click on the right side to upload documents from your device or enter the name of the document in the search box to search the available documents.

  5. Select the signers. The signer choices are the persons added as entities to the matter

  6. Review and revise the message as necessary and click on Preview. The e-signing recipients will receive this message in the e-signing request.

  7. In the window that appears, review the documents and the signature blocks and click on send.
