How to create a new Private Mortgage Lending matter

To create a new private mortgage lending matter

1. Follow the instructions in How to Create a New Matter
2. Select Real Estate under Practice Area
   
   
3. Select Private Mortgage Lending under Matter Type
   
   
4. Select the lender as your client, enter the address of the subject property, and click on Create Matter
   
   
5. Your matter will be created and you will be directed to the Matter's home page
