How to add Devises and Legacies to a will

To add them to your will complete the following steps:

1. Open the Wills & POAs Form.

2. Click on "Dispositions" then "Devises and Legacies"

3. Click add Devise/Legacy

4. Select the disposition type.

5. Enter the amount, real estate, or personal item being gifted, then select the beneficiary and assign their priority. Once you have completed the information, click “Save and Close.”
