How to add Articles of Amendment

To add Articles of Amendment 

1. Open the Electronic Minute Book Form
2. Click on the Articles & Capital Structure tab
3. Click on the Add Another Article button to the right of the page
4. Enter the date of the Articles of Amendment
5. Under Articles Type select Articles of Amendment
6. If you have a copy of the Articles of Amendment on a cloud storage, enter the URL of the Articles of Amendment
7. Select whether the Articles will be amending
   1. Corporation Name
       
   2. Number/Range of Directors
       
   3. Restrictions on Business Corporation may Carry On
       
   4. Restrictions on Transfer of Shares
       
   5. Share Capital
