How does Nojumi prepare the Requisition Letter?

In a real estate purchase matter, when you complete the Purchase Closing Form, you will note that Nojumi will construct a requisition letter and display it for your review in the Requisition Letter tab of the form. 

The requisitions contained on the Requisition Letter tab are put together by putting together the following requisitions:

1. Default Requisitions - These are all of the requisitions that have been marked as "Default" on the Real Estate Purchase Settings form
2. Title Instrument Requisitions - These are the instruments that have you have requisitioned under the Title Search tab of the Purchase Closing Form
3. Writ Requisitions - These are the writs that you have requisitioned under the Writ Actions tab of the Purchase Closing Form
4. Conditional Requisitions - These are the requisitions that are included because the conditions of the relevant requisitions have been met.
