How do I change the email address associated with my user account?
Once your account is created, you are not able to change the primary email address associated with that account.
We treat email addresses as unique and independent accounts. Once a user account is created for an email address, you are no longer able to update the email associated with that user account.
If you no longer wish to use the email address associated with your user account, you will have to delete the old account and add a new one:
- Add a new user with the new email address
- Log out of the account that you no longer wish to use
- Log into the new account and delete the old account
