How to generate a commitment letter

To generate the Commitment Letter:

1. Open the Closing Form and enter the following information:
   1. Lender's Name
   2. Borrower's Name
   3. Guarantor's Name
   4. Property Address
   5. Loan Amount
   6. Mortgage Rank
   7. Permitted Balance on Prior Mortgages
   8. Minimum Required Value of the Property
2. Click on Generate Documents at the top right of the Closing Form
3. Select Commitment Letter and click on Generate documents
