Nojumi automatically places the generated documents in the upload bins
Every time a document is generated, Nojumi automatically places the latest draft of that document in the Upload Bins. allowing you to easily access it and attach it to your email communications.
When you regenerate a document, a new version number is assigned to the document, and the previous versions are removed from the Upload Bin. The Upload Bins will therefore always contain the latest version of every document.
The only exception to the above rule is when a document is sent for e-signing. When a document that has already been sent out for e-signing is regenerated by the user, Nojumi doesn't delete the version that is pending e-signing or that has already been e-signed and rather adds the new version to the Upload Bin.
By way of an example, if you e-sign Statement of Account-v3 and then proceed with regenerating the document, the Upload Bin will contain the draft and signed copies of Statement of Account-v3 as well as the draft for Statement of Account-v4.
