Appointment Booking: Staff Attendees
A Staff Attendee is a user of your firm who will be attending the appointment. When you add a Staff Attendee when sending an Appointment Booking link the availability of that staff member will be used to generate booking options for the recipients. The availability of the Staff Attendee is determined using the Staff Calendar.
You can add one or more Staff Attendees. If you add more than one Staff Attendees the availability provided to the recipient of the scheduling link will be the common availability of all Staff Attendees.
