Appointment booking process with the Meeting Scheduler 

Booking appointments with the meeting scheduler is easy and can be done right from within a matter.

The Appointment Booking Process consists of the following steps

  1. Send an appointment booking link to a recipient outside of your firm
  2. The recipient will receive an email containing a booking link and opens the link and selects from the provided availability
  3. The scheduled appointment is created in your firm's External Calendar and an invitation is sent to the recipient and the Staff Attendee
