Appointment booking process with the Meeting Scheduler
Booking appointments with the meeting scheduler is easy and can be done right from within a matter.
The Appointment Booking Process consists of the following steps
- Send an appointment booking link to a recipient outside of your firm
- The recipient will receive an email containing a booking link and opens the link and selects from the provided availability
- The scheduled appointment is created in your firm's External Calendar and an invitation is sent to the recipient and the Staff Attendee
