How to add existing mortgages in a Private Mortgage Lending matter

You should add the details of the other mortgages in a Private Mortgage Lending matter, whether or not they are being discharged


To add existing mortgages in a private mortgage lending matter
  1. Open the Closing Form
  2. Click on the Property tab
  3. Click on the Other Mortgages subtab
  4. Click on the form and enter the required information
  5. Click on "Save and Close"
  6. To add another mortgage, click on the + button and repeat the above steps
