How to add a Lender

To add a Lender in a Private Mortgage Lending matter:

1. Open the Closing Form
2. Click on the Lenders tab
3. Select whether the Lender you are adding is an individual or a corporation
4. Search for the Lender in the search box
5. Select the Lender if the Lender is already in the database, otherwise click on "No results found. Create new."
6. Click on the form and enter the required information
7. Click on "Save and Close"
8. To add another Lender, click on Add Another Lender at the top right of the screen and repeat the above steps
