How to add a Guarantor

To add a Guarantor in a Private Mortgage Lending matter:

1. Open the Closing Form
2. Click on the General tab
3. Ensure that the question "Is the loan guaranteed by a guarantor?" is answered with a yes.
4. Click on the Guarantors tab
5. Select whether the Guarantor you are adding is an individual or a corporation
6. Search for the Guarantor in the search box
7. Select the Guarantor if the Guarantor is already in the database, otherwise click on "No results found. Create new."
8. Click on the form and enter the required information
9. Click on "Save and Close"
10. To add another Guarantor, click on Add Another Guarantor at the top right of the screen and repeat the above steps
