How to add a Collateral Property in a Private Mortgage Lending matter

In a Private Mortgage Lending matter, Nojumi allows you to add as many properties as you wish as security for the loan

 

To add a collateral property follow the instructions in How to Add a Property and click on "Add Another".

Nojumi allows you to have a different rank for the new mortgage on each of the properties that you add. As an example, the mortgage can be a first mortgage on property 1 and a second mortgage on property 2.
