Access Title Search Results in the Closing Form

When you complete the title search on Nojumi, you will have access to the search results on the Closing Form. The Teranet Connect search results will be used to pull the information of the existing mortgages and to prepare a draft charge.

To provide the Closing Form with access to the Teranet Connect search results:

1. Complete the title search on Nojumi
2. Open the Closing Form
3. Click on the Properties tab
4. If the property is not already showing, search for the Property in the search box
5. Click on the form and answer the question Use Teranet Connect on Nojumi for title searches? with a Yes
6. Click on Save and Close
